Custom Headbadge deposit

You can send a deposit to have your custom badge put into the queue. Waiting times and turnaround varies with my workload. I need a deposit before starting any real design work- which includes detailed drawings and such. Please provide me with accurate headtube measurements, mostly actual outer diameter and in some cases on shorter headtubes I will need the height. It is your responsibility to provide this and if the badge doesn't fit the height I need to charge a fee for a redo. Diameter can easily be adjusted.
PLEASE INDICATE THE DESIGN IDEA HERE WHEN YOU ORDER. EVEN IF THERE HAS BEEN EMAIL CONVERSATION ABOUT IT. AS WELL AS MEASUREMENTS.
I spend a lot of time searching emails and Instagram and facebook messenger trying to find such information and this would save me a lot of time and be able to shorten my turn around time tremendously. Also any measurements please.
