New stainless steel badge!
I just completed my first attempt at fabricating in stainless steel. I had a fairly simple design to work from so it
made the fabrication go a little bit easier. I was able to make it in my usual method but instead of using silver solder to
sweat the two sheets together I laser welded all the seams. It will be brazed onto a seat tube during fabrication before
paint. Pretty cool! Since this is a new process for me I will be limiting the badges I produce in stainless steel- some designs

All of the headbadges you see here were commisioned
individually and fabricated by hand in sterling silver. I can use any artwork you choose although black and white images work
